Sjöstugan

A newly renovated cottage with a fantastic location right by Lake Vänern. The summer offers lovely sunsets over the lake. There is a sauna and access to your own jetty with bathing facilities and a canoe to borrow. There's also a rowboat to borrow. The house is located in a small summer cottage area, about 15 km from Lidköping. There is a small public swimming area, marina and proximity to hiking trails. Within a few miles you will find Lake Vänern's most beautiful sandy beach, Svalnäs, Läckö Castle and the famous fishing port Spiken.

Do you want to come to the tranquility in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms as well as a sunroom and terrace. Welcome to our wonderful single-story villa – the perfect place for families with children or groups of friends who want plenty of space to socialize and relax. Here you live in a modern and spacious home with all the amenities for a relaxing and memorable stay. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms and a room with a sofa bed, two fresh bathrooms and a large social living room where the living room and kitchen merge into an open floor plan. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and has a large kitchen island.

Approximately 15 minutes to Lidköping city center. Sauna suitable for 2-3 people. There is no oven in the apartment. Parking in the carport under the apartment. Possibility to park larger carriages in the gravel yard.

A large countryside home on a farm perfect for large families or a stay with friends. House style is preserved from the seventies with several rooms, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms rebuilt. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.
