I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. There are spiral stairs to the apartment on the first floor. You have the whole apartment to yourself, private entrance. We ask that you observe quiet hours from 10pm-06am. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking lot in the garden. Possibility to park in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. Downtown about 8 minutes walk. Lidl and Peny shops about 5 minutes walk. Cyclists welcome. There are 2 free bikes available. Tips for nearby getaways. Check out my guidebook. New Perly's loft-style loft is located in the attic of one of the renovated industry's industrial sites, Salomon & Sons. We run a Perla coffee shop on the ground floor with great coffee, beer, wine, home kitchen, large library and fireplace. Guests can sit under the pergola in the garden and children's play area, as well as a climbing crawlspace, crayons, paperwork, and drawing cords.
