Just 3 miles from I-5! This historic building was built in 1905 & served as the towns Confectionary and later a grocery store. We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West (with a twist) full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. Pull up a stool in the Saloon, or gather ‘round the poker table & enjoy music from a 1900’s player piano. We also have a fun arcade room, a jail for fun photo ops & more!

Avalanche Lily Tiny House, Quiet Getaway

For the same price as a local hotel, this tiny house, tucked back on a private quater acre in Packwood can be yours. Surrounded by endless recreation, go out and explore or stay local. All the comforts of home in a cozy space. Wifi, Queen bed in loft, full size bathroom with shower and on demand hot water. Enjoy the firepit and propane grill. Frey Family Farm is 40 acre, certified organic farm located 6 miles from the Nisqually Entrance to Mt. Rainier. The Guest Suite is located separate from our farm house, with it's own entrance. It is located approximately 30 feet from the back of the farm house, and boasts a firepit in the backyard. Guests may harvest veggies for a salad when in season; and visit the hay fields and gardens. While the Guest Room is located close to our house, we respect your privacy. WIFI included.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960.
