Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lewis County

Besides the roads not having enough snow on them to get to trails without over heating our sleds it was a nice stay. The house was a good size for the 4 of us that went for the weekend. Jen was quick to respond if I had any questions. Looks just like the pictures. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Absolutely amazing! Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful natural surroundings. Listening to the sounds of the water trickling over the beaver dam while you're sitting at the campfire. Watching the geese fly into and out of the pond. Hiking the trails around the property. The wood stove kept the cabin warm and cozy as the temperature fell below freezing at night. There was plenty to do inside, a dart board and foosball table as well as card games. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin is secluded, only heard one vehicle in the distance while we were there, but close enough to a store if you need anything. I am looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Josh is a great host and a really nice guy. He helped me get a camp fire going, showed me around and made sure I was good to go before leaving. I stayed the first 36 hours by myself, the peace and tranquility was just perfect. My brother and cousin came up for the next two nights and we all had a great time!

We really enjoyed our time at Black Bear Cabin. The quaint little cabin was just what we needed for our little getaway. It was private and peaceful with lots to do in the area. We went hiking and explored the little lake side towns. We highly recommend to anyone looking to unplug for a few days. We will find an excuse to come back and stay at the black Bear Cabin again in the future! Thanks Bonnie

Beautiful rustic cabin, clean and well furnished, we absolutely loved our stay here, the fireplace for the cold winter evenings was so cozy, the access to the local snowmobile trails was very convenient…communication with host was thorough and great. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone

We visited Justin’s cabin during thanksgiving and it snowed and it was nice and cozy for my family (and dog)! Justin provided amenities for pets as well including salt safe for pets, dog bed and toys. We will definitely be back during the summer for summer activities! ☺️

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for us to ride our snowmobiles. Plenty of room in the driveway for our truck and trailer, easy to find- next to the Pine Tree which was very convenient- and so peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive and we didn’t have any issues. Definitely would stay again!

my boyfriend, myself and our two dogs really enjoyed this stay! nice to get away from city life for a few days. the dogs we’re OBSESSED with the creek in the back of the property. the indoor fireplace/wood stove was so cozy and so easy to get going. felt very comfortable during this stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! As great as the photos on the listing look, it’s even more beautiful in person! The view of river rapids is gorgeous!! It almost made it hard to come inside. The cabin was pristine and luxurious- everything it’s pictured to be.
