Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Il y a de nombreuses activités aux alentours : visite de l'ile-aux-coudres (30 min.), randonnée au mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) et magasinage dans la ville de Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). Les lits étaient très confortables. L'espace commun est très lumineux et le petit balcon est bien orienté pour profiter du soleil. Un petit point à améliorer est que nous aurions aimé que l'herbe entourant le foyer extérieur soit coupée puisqu'elle était longue et ne nous a pas donné envie de s'y rendre. La description du chalet reflète bien ce qui s'y retrouve. Nous recommandons ce chalet!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Responsive and kind hosts. The house was beautiful, well-maintained and clean, with air conditioning, and well-designed spaces. They even had some bowls ready for my dog! The drive way big enough for a truck, trailer and two cars. It is in a beautiful walking location, close to the highway, and close to several resturants and chip stands. It fit our family of 6 well! Cet appartement de ville est parfait pour aller visiter Wendake et les sites historiques wendates. Parfait aussi pour l'accès aux routes dans toutes les directions. Appartement super clean et ensoleillé. Ne pas hésiter.

Magnifique !! La maison ainsi que l’espace extérieur étaient parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins comme nous voyageons avec nos deux chiens de bergers. La cuisine est bien équipée et confortable pour 4 personnes adultes. Les photos ainsi que la description sont tel que promis. L’hôte est sympathique et rapide à répondre à nos questions. L’accès à la rivière et la proximité des sentiers pédestres sont un plus !! Nous recommandons vivement :)

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts thought of everything — from fully stocked dishes and cozy bedding to coffee and thoughtful snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the grounds were immaculate. We met Holly during our stay and she was so sweet. Although we didn’t meet Nadine in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home.

A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The property is spacious, clean, and offers a peaceful retreat with its private land. The spa and pool table were fantastic additions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Très joli endroit, à la décoration soignée et avec un très bel extérieur non loin de Québec (10min en voiture) toutes les commodités sont à moins de 5 minutes, stationnement aisé juste devant la maison. Belle piscine et aménagement jardin vraiment sympa 👍🏻 les attentions ne manquent pas et nos hôtes ont vraiment été aux petits soins, un grand MERCI à eux 🫶🏻

Nous avons passé une incroyable fin de semaine au Yak. La piscine, le projecteur, la terrasse, tout est bien pensé! Havre de paix pour un ressourcement en nature

Beau petit chalet

Un séjour inoubliable ! Le chalet est tout simplement incroyable : le cadre est magnifique, paisible, et encore plus beau que sur les photos. On a été émerveillés dès notre arrivée. L’hôte est au top : super réactif, attentionné et toujours disponible si besoin. Franchement, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande les yeux fermés, c’est une pépite à côté de Québec !

Friendly host who was very responsive. Good place for a short visit. I’d echo previous guests that the stairs are treacherous and unavoidable, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this isn’t a good fit. The space: you enter on the ground floor to the kitchen/dining (well supplied for cooking) and down the stairs, through a hallway with laundry, and then to the bathroom (great shower) and main room where the bed is located. The desk and office chair pictured in the listing is no longer there - replaced with a table and regular chairs.

Son habitation est coquet et relaxant, un véritable havre de paix. On sent qu’elle a à cœur le bien-être de ses invités : tout est pensé pour le confort, avec une grande sensibilité et beaucoup de générosité. Le logement est impeccable, propre et très confortable. Un petit coin intime où il fait bon respirer l’air du fleuve et observer les oiseaux en toute tranquillité. Une belle parenthèse de calme et de douceur — je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans le chalet de Louis et l’expérience a été vraiment super. Le cadre, en pleine forêt, est d’un calme absolu, parfait pour se ressourcer. Le chalet est très bien pensé, décoré avec goût, et surtout extrêmement bien équipé. Tout est là : de la cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle jusqu’aux petits détails comme les shampoings et les savons, ce qui est loin d’être le cas dans tous les Airbnb. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée : très propre, bien entretenu, et prêt à nous accueillir. Le spa, lui aussi, était parfaitement propre, ce qui mérite d’être souligné. On a également beaucoup apprécié la localisation : à proximité d’une base nature idéale pour faire du vélo ou de la randonnée. En résumé, un vrai havre de paix, bien équipé, bien situé, et où l’on se sent tout de suite bien. Je recommande fortement, et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Our hosts and their place was excellent. If you mountain bike you need to stay here and see what Quebec has to offer. All the people we met were very friendly. Everything was very well thought out. Having the bike hooks under the deck was super convenient and kept bikes totally dry when it rained outside.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is beautiful and Alexandra is a great host
