Our stay at the Airbnb in Mathon was simply fantastic! The property is idyllically located in the mountains and offers breathtaking views – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A special highlight was the hike to Libi, a beautiful mountain lake about 30 minutes away. The nature, the tranquility and the fresh mountain air were simply magnificent. However, the lake is still a little too cold in May. In the evening we enjoyed a cozy fondue together – a real experience! The perfect end to the day was then in the self-heated hotpot under the stars – an absolute feel-good moment that we will not soon forget. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – I'm sure we'll be back!

The surroundings with the view look very nice and the pools have delighted us. The path on foot from the village center is steep, with stairs faster but exhausting. But with very nice views. We loved the stay and the provider was accommodating with all the information we needed.

The house at the upper village end of S. Abbondio is a very well-kept, thoughtfully furnished private retreat that offers unique views of the lake, a pretty garden and premises with all the necessary comfort and plenty of space. We felt very comfortable and thank the host family very much.

This chalet was totally charming and perfect for our multi-generational family of 5. My son loved the upstairs bedroom with the “fancy stairs” and how wonderful to also have a bathtub (a bit of a luxury in Europe). The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. I loved waking up to the neighbor cows, chickens, sheep, and having my coffee on the deck with a view of a cliffside waterfall. I so eagerly hope to return - convenient to everything!

Very lovely chalet with a hot tub - right next to the train and very central. Breakfast in the morning sun, starry sky in the hot tub. Just wonderful!

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

I stayed at the Pradas Resort… what to say except that it was wonderful… a breath of fresh air for a few days. Qualitative +++ The kids were like fish in the water and they're not bothered for a minute. I recommend it 100000% and would definitely come back

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Warm welcome and the cottage is really equipped with every comfort. Wonderful to be able to sit outside our cottage. Great accommodation for a few days on the mountain. Ideal that there is a shop within walking distance where you can do 24/7 shopping with a pass. Authentic village. Wonderfully quiet.

We felt immediately comfortable at Ruth's place. The small apartment is very nicely decorated and has a fantastic view of the lake.

We spontaneously decided to spend 2 nights in Ticino on the Pentecost weekend and came across Eva's apartment. Shortly before departure, we made the reservation, and although so short notice, we quickly received a response from Eva that the apartment was ready when we arrived. We were then warmly welcomed by her personally and she showed us the apartment. We are a family with two small children and the apartment fit perfectly for such a short stay. Thank you again Eva!!

We had a wonderful stay for our last Spring ski in ski out weekend! Silvia’s place is exactly as described and perfect fit for us as a family of 4. Two kids (age 6 & 3) shared the triple bed and we were in the big double. Kitchen has all essentials, bathrooms are tidy, ski storage in garage and parking space a plus. Towels, linens and many kitchen towels/cleaning supplies provided. Balcony views and pool/sauna wonderful! Walk 100m to the shuttle to/from town or 150m to the ski run down to gondola. Absolutely perfect for us. We also very much enjoyed the games, puzzles and huge drawer of legos! Highly recommend! Danke Silvia!

The apartment was in the perfect location with a view over the lake spanning a full 180 degrees. We spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony and by the pool as it was so hot whilst we were there. Thanks Luisa for everything and being such a welcoming host. Cheers Paul, Sonje and Liam.

The apartment is perfectly located, right on the village square. Communication with Margarita was great, straightforward and fast. The apartment is well-equipped and we enjoyed the two balconies enormously.

We loved staying at Erika’s place. It was clean , comfortable, and nicely furnished. There was a store conveniently located around the corner and a bus stop close by. It’s a beautiful area and we hope we can come back someday!

Great location, quiet away from crowds and great location for exploring the area. Lake access is immediate.

very nice surroundings and a perfect garden to relax. No complaints except for the kitchen. The kitchen is a bit small for cooking for 8 people. But it's doable.
