We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

ENJOY THE COMFORT of a spacious & well equipped guest house - fully refurbished in 2018/2019. Do you want to savour the privacy of a detached house with the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room & quiet bedrooms? This house offers all this and is located in the center of Amersfoort (5 min. walking distance to the old city center & 20 min. to the station). Amersfoort is a lively city with events all year round & a fantastic starting point to explore all major cities in NL.

Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

From this ideally located accommodation you can do all kinds of activities. You'll have all the canal house to yourself. In the most beautiful and fun street of Amersfoort where the most delicious restaurants are located. From your bed you overlook the canal with the Our Lady Tower behind it. In the canals you can paddle or step on one of the tour boats. Prefer not to make your own breakfast? A few meters away, you have the tastiest breakfasts and coffee. This is a wonderful place!

INTRO: Since 2022 we offer our newly designed studio with private entrance. This is located in a quiet residential area at a 5-minute walk from the center of Amersfoort with free parking on the street. Studio 11: Is 35m2 and has a living room with skylight, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio is equipped with a Green Sedum roof & uses Solar Energy! Facilities such as Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, TV, are also available. Check in from 3:00 PM /Check out 11:00 AM No pets.

Modern cottage with fireplace, terrace and workspace

On a beautiful green location detached modern cottage 15 min walk from center/station. You have access to bedroom/sitting room with a double bed ( 1.70) on the loft. In the sitting area is a work/dining table for 2 people, cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for guests who prefer to sleep on the ground floor (1.80). Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Refrigerator and hob (2 burner) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

Tante Dora

In the rural area of Barneveld/Lunteren you will find our guesthouse Tante Dora. Accommodates 4 people (+ sleeping accommodation for 5th and 6th guest in living room). In the garden, there are high fruit trees that bloom beautifully in April. On the second floor, you have a wide view of the Gelderse Vallei and the outskirts of Barneveld. In the immediate vicinity, clog paths for a walk are cycling junctions for a nice bike ride. And of course musical 40-45 close by!

Beautiful garden house close to nature, Utrecht and A'dam

Garden house in quiet surroundings - with wonderful beds. It's called "Pura Vida" because we want to offer guests the good life. We offer a pleasant atmosphere, A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. The garden house stands well away from the house and is nicely decorated. Sometimes use for 1 night is possible - feel free to contact us.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort lies our spacious, more than 100-year-old mansion. The top floor is completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts to be rented as an apartment. Through a shared staircase you reach the apartment, which can be described as cozy, using beautiful materials, eye for detail and above all comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer time.
