Very spacious architect house and beautiful volumes. Ideally located in a green setting and close to town, beaches, forest and the Tamarind Road. A large exotic garden with direct access to the coconut grove, state forest, natural heritage pond and black sand beach. By car 10 minutes from the first beach , you can swim safely, by bike you can take the bike paths and 25 minutes will be enough to get there.
