After more than a month in the apartment, I can say that there is really nothing lacking there. The apartment is well equipped, very clean, nice kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is very quietly located, which I noticed very positively in shift work. Dirk and his family are great hosts and super flexible.

I really enjoyed my stay at Felix's place. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, I was totally delighted. Everything very clean and modern. Check-in was totally easy and by arrangement I was even able to get into the apartment 2 hours earlier, which helped me a lot. Communication was great, Felix was always available and very friendly. Highly recommended! If I'm in Oldenburg again, I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—especially during the Easter holiday when most shops were closed. They even asked if we needed any food items ahead of time, which was so thoughtful and helpful. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the area. A huge praise for Regina and her team!!! We've rarely seen such a clean place. We felt right at home. Although we were not personally welcomed, we still found the reception warmly with a handwritten card and little touches. There was really everything you needed and there was nothing missing. Grocery stores, bakeries and pizzerias are within walking distance. This place is a clear recommendation from us!!!

We had a great time staying at the place and were immediately in the holiday mood. The furnishings are very stylish and each room is individually and artistically designed. The setting is a dream, in the middle of the park, surrounded by palm trees and mammoth trees. On the terrace you can have breakfast, relax and let it all go well with birds chirping and sunshine. To get to the city center, there is a train every 15 minutes which can be reached on foot in 11 minutes. Or you can just spend the time on site😊Sabine is a friendly, accommodating hostess. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment has a great location and great views. You can quickly reach the beach promenade and, for example, the aquarium and the marine museum, both within easy walking distance. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. We stayed at Gabriele's place as a family and felt very comfortable - we would book again immediately!
