Welcome to Lesmurdie - Perth Hills. Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25min from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen), bathroom & big fully equipped kitchen. There is parking right next to the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (8&5):-)

The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, many hectares of public open space behind my house.
