Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Les Trois-Îlets

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

We stayed for 5 days in Stéphanie's villa. Everything about it is excellent 👍 The location is ideal offering a great view. We also enjoyed the calm, the cleanliness of the villa, the pool, the excellent equipment, the proximity to shops, the friendliness of the owners. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. Don't hesitate to go there!

Well located for visiting the island. Impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people, we had a great time. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. We thank Jean-Jacques again for hosting us and for his kindness and for introducing us to the different stages of coconut! We'll be happy to go back 😊

We had a great time in Martinique. The villa was beautiful and as described. The air conditioning was very nice. Gilles and his wife Cindra gave us lots of great tips for visiting their island. In short, we recommend it!

We just returned from a great week in Martinique. Very good hosting by Jean-Paul. The house perfectly matches the description. There is no one opposite, the neighborhood is very quiet while being close to l'Anse à l'Anne with a good bakery, beach restaurants, a convenience store to help out. We discovered "Délys Kréyol" (open on weekends and holidays) in the bend under the house with, among other things, delicious take-away acras. The pool was very nice and especially the view of Fort de France lit up at night was a treat.

For a 5th stay in Martinique, we were not disappointed by this rental with stunning views. The location of the villa makes it easy to radiate throughout Martinique. The house is quiet, well-equipped, as described and photos (3 bedrooms with independent bathrooms + sleeping on the mezzanine) with magnificent views from the terrace and pool. We enjoyed Jessica's welcome and responsiveness. Thank you for the basket of Caribbean sweets on arrival. We will be happy to return to the villa.

Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I would recommend this place for your stay in Martinique.

We had a lovely stay at Olivia's. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped for children. The garden is nice. We are a 2-minute walk to the beach, there is also a supermarket and good bakery very close on foot. It's very convenient. Recommended!

Apartment ideally located on l'Anse à l'Âne, close to the best known spots such as l'Anse Dufour, Les Anse d'Arlet... Bakery 500 m from the accommodation. The apartment was in impeccable condition upon arrival. The terrace with sea view is a real plus. We had a pleasant stay.

Great stay at Philippe's in a very well-equipped accommodation located in a perfect setting. Philippe was very good advice and put us in touch with his knowledge for great diving experiences (thomas de bubble dive) and boat (Olivier on his good bagay). You're already in the Caribbean just by communicating with Estelle: responsive, meticulous and friendly. She bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable in the accommodation. It's rare to see this kind of owner. I just want to point out that to access the accommodation you will have to cross the neighbor's landing but not his terrace (unjustly specified by the previous comment). Besides, they're neighbors who are living their lives and are used to it. Enjoy your stay

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place! Its very cute and modern. The kitchen was nice to cook in, the living room with smart TV was great for movie nights ( although the living room does get hot and muggy ), and the bedroom and bathroom were enjoyable with the AC. The outdoor patio and pool were amazing to enjoy after a long day of exploring! The house is located up in a private neighborhood and felt completely safe. Its very close drive to a grocery store, the beach, a golf course and lots of shops and restaurants. Daniel was a great host and very responsive. Overall, it was a great place, but I do want to mention that the driveway is very steep. You can park your car at the top of the driveway ( which we did ) and walk down to the apt or you can park the car down the driveway, but its a very steep and kinda hard to turn around in.

We enjoyed our 14-day stay at Monika's. We enjoyed the terrace and its beautiful view. Initially, Nathalie took good care of us. Thanks, both of you.

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Clean accommodation and close to everything. We enjoyed the washing machine and dryer outside. The terrace is a favorite, with comfortable furniture. We loved Bernadette, very sociable, helpful, warm! In the kitchen, there are a few small work tools missing, such as a whisk, measuring cups, spatulas. But as for the rest, everything was okay. The air-conditioned area in the rooms was much appreciated. And the beach is very close, but it has no chairs… So very nice stay at Véro's, we will go back.

Amélie is very friendly and caring... She greeted us on arrival and gave us a lot of tips for our stay... And the best part, a bottle of fresh water and homemade punch... I highly recommend this accommodation, which is very pleasant.

Great apartment! Very clean, easy to access by car. Missing a few small items (condiments, paper towels, extra garbage bags for a multi-night stay). Suzelle was very responsive and friendly!

Very well hosted by Nicolas upon arrival, with a bonus of a small homemade punch, very much appreciated! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, functional, very clean, and ideally located. A pretty bouquet of flowers in the kitchen brought a delicate and friendly touch. We would definitely recommend this listing!

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

We had a wonderful vacation with our 20-month-old son. Bastien was very responsive. We were delighted to have a warm welcome for our arrival in Martinique. The accommodation is very well equipped. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the property. We would highly recommend it!!!

Jérôme and Llhame were extremely accommodating and welcoming. I had to book the place last minute following an unforeseen event and they were so helpful. The place is great, everything you need and close to a beautiful quiet beach, within walking distance. I really liked my short stay, I recommend it!
