Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Cosy Self Catering Apartment in a Converted Barn

Situated in a tranquil village in the Champagne region, this self catering space provides a quiet place to do your own thing. Nearby to a prize Golf Course and also Chaource famous for its cheese, it's a good stopping point on your journey North or South or great for just a quiet stay to explore the picturesque region and do some wine/champagne tasting, walking and cycling. Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in the city center, it is close to the train station and supermarket, kebab, pizzeria, bakery, tobacco bar. Located 10 minutes from Nigloland and about 15 minutes from the lakes of Mesnil Saint Père, Amance and Géraudot. You are also 35 minutes from the city of Troyes and all the activities it contains, factory outlets, old town of Troyes, 5 minutes from the Ermitage golf course and 10 minutes from the highway.

Wine estate, forests, lakes, museums, amusement parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, Essoyes, you will have the choice between tours, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
