Private parking is next to the lower entrance of the residence (top, paid parking). 4th floor out of 5 without elevator, its terrace is spacious. Facing south, its view is soothing on the larches and the mountain. It is renovated and fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, TV. Ski locker during the winter.

The studio is west-facing, with a view of the valley, Mazelière forest, Embrun, Serre Ponçon Lake. Residence Les Carlines, 3rd floor. Possibility of covered parking

Very bright 30 m2 apartment with balcony with unobstructed view, on the 2nd floor of a very well maintained residence in the heart of the Orres 1650 resort. At the foot of the ski lifts; ski locker available. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and all the necessary equipment for cooking and of course the raclette machine! Blankets, sleeping bags and pillows available for bedding. Close to shops and restaurants.

The living room sofa can be converted into a 130 cm bed.
