La Diaichotte est une agréable villa familiale située sur la Corniche Vendéenne à Sion sur l’Océan. Construite en 1938 sur un terrain de 700 m2 entièrement clos, son intérieur a été totalement rénové en 2015-2016. Sa situation face à la mer – orientation Sud-ouest – vous permettra d’apprécier de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Et si la chance vous sourit, vous admirerez peut-être le « Rayon vert »… Côté environnement, la « petite plage de Sion » se situe à 150m et la « Grande plage de Sion » à 1km. Et si la pêche vous tente, les rochers devant la villa, qui découvrent à marée basse, permettront à petits et grands de taquiner crevettes, crabes, araignées et berniques. Pour vos promenades, la Corniche vous accueillera à pied ou en vélo, des « 5 Pineaux » à « Pilhours », des rochers situés en mer. Et si le temps n’est pas de la partie, vous pourrez aller en forêt à l’abri du vent. Quant aux envies d’excursions, une journée à l’ile d’Yeu (départ en bateau à 5 km), le passage du Gois (chaussée submersible à marée haute) pour découvrir l’ile de Noirmoutier. Sans oublier le Puy du Fou et son splendide spectacle à 100 km.
