It is 430 metres (approx) and a short ski from the Vagère chairlift in Les Arc 1800. Alternatively, a free ski bus stops 200 metres (approx) uphill from the chalet. The centre of Arc 1800 is about 700 metres down the road. The chalet is a typical ski chalet in a quiet setting, with easy access to the slopes and the centre of Arc 1800.

Ski apartment, but located in the heart of the village of Bourg Saint Maurice. The apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is for 8 people maximum.
