전반적으로 적극 추천합니다. 무엇보다 호스트인 Pavel은 여행자에게 필요한 것이 무엇인지 잘 알고 세심하게 준비해주었습니다. 위치: Pavel의 집은 도심에서 조금 떨어진 주거지역에 있습니다. 새로 지어진 아파트들이 많은 신도시 지역인것 같았습니다. 지도상에서는 헬싱키 도심에서 떨어져있는것처럼 보였지만, 헬싱키역에서 트램을 타고 15분정도면 도착하기때문에 멀게 느껴지지는 않았습니다. 만약 Alvar Aalto의 건축물을 탐방하기 위해 Aalto 대학을 방문할 계획까지 갖고있다면 이 숙소의 위치는 더할나위없이 좋을것입니다. 소통: Pavel은 적극적으로 소통하는 호스트입니다. 어떤 질문에도 10분 이내에 답을 주었고 주변의 편의시설이나 마트도 추천해주었습니다. 셀프체크인 또한 어려운점 없었습니다. 건물: 집이 넓고 깨끗해서 머무르기 좋았습니다. 침실3개, 샤워실1개, 화장실 1개이므로 한 가족이 쓰기 좋았습니다. 현관-샤워실/화장실-게스트룸-주방-거실-2베드룸의 구조였어요. 주방의 식기가 잘 갖춰져있어 요리하기 편했고, 냉장고와 기본적인 오일, 소금 등을 사용할 수 있었으며 커피까지 제공해주셔서 좋았습니다! (커피머신과 모카포트가 비치되어 있었습니다) 주변 편의시설: 걸어서 7~8분 거리에 Ridl이 있습니다. 작지 않은 마트이지만 선물과 기념품을 살 정도로 종류가 다양하지는 않았습니다. 산책 겸 다녀오기 좋습니다.

Majoitumme Emmin yksiössä oman kotimme remontin aikana. Emmi oli todella joustava ja avulias, järjestäen jo aikatauluamme edeltävän yön majoituksen, jotta pääsimme muuttamaan. Myös remonttimme pitkittyessä, järjesti Emmi lisää majoitusaikaa joustavasti. Hienoa palvelua! Kiitos!

Das Studio liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Helsinki war gut mit der Metro in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ein gutes Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der nahen Umgebung. Der persönliche Empfang habe ich sehr geschätzt, wie auch der kleine, verglaste Balkon. Das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat war die direkte Aussicht auf die Fassade des Nachbarhauses…aber ich war ja grösstenteils unterwegs und ansonsten war die Umgebung sehr grün!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Mohammed reageerde snel op ons bericht dat we er eerder zouden arriveren. Een fijn ontvangst met uitleg gekregen. De bedden zijn fijn en de sauna is een heerlijk pluspunt. Supermarkten zijn vlakbij net als het ov. Een aanrader dit appartement!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Novel's unit. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the unit was. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure guests feel right at home. Accessing the unit from the airport was seamless, and traveling to the city via train, tram, or bus couldn’t have been easier. The nearby transit options saved us so much time and made our trip stress-free. One of the best parts was that the mall was just a 2-minute walk away! Having shops, dining options, and everything we needed so close by made our stay incredibly convenient. The facilities were excellent—a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, washing machine cum dryer or a quiet environment perfect for relaxation. It’s clear that owner has gone above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. TQVM Novel and we missed the unit so much!

Öncelikle düzenli,temiz,mahremiyeti olan, sessiz sakin bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakın ve yardımsever insanlar. Yürümek için harika bir yer doğa ile iç içe. Ev eksiksiz ve tam donanımlı ayrıca çok düzenli tekrar geleceğim. Çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim Herşey için teşekkürler.

Było jak w domu! Nieskazitelnie czysto i przytulnie. Dom piękny i nowy. Właścicielka sympatyczna i miło przywitała nas w naszym języku, a to nas zaskoczyło pozytywnie. Kontakt bardzo dobry. Pozdrawiamy i polecamy!

A quiet, cozy place with a great view of sunrise and sunset over the Nordic sky. Great amenities in the house and an extremely responsive host.

Neljässä päivässä kotiuduttiin tänne oikein mukavasti. Saunan lempeät löylyt rentouttivat retkeilijöiden väsyneet kropat ja viihtyisä talo tarjosi muutoinkin kaiken mitä tarvitsi ja vähän enemmänkin. Kaupat ihanan lähellä, sijainti myös retkeilyä ajatellen loistava, täältä pääsee näppärästi autolla niin Sipoonkorpeen, Nuuksioon kuin Meikoonkin. Lämmin suositus!

Mukava, rauhallinen ja yksityinen majoitus, helposti löydettävissä ja saavutettavissa. Laatuun nähden erittäin kohtuuhintainen. Olimme todella tyytyväisiä.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. House has everything you need. Close to public transportation. Beautiful forrest all around. Close to shops.

Kohde vastasi kuvausta hyvin. Ulla vastasi aina nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Asunnolta oli helppoa liikkua bussilla ja pikaratikalla Leppävaaran ja Tapiolan suuntiin ja sieltä myös Helsinkiin. Viihdyimme todella hyvin!

Sirke was a superb host, she was very caring, answered our questions and was very quick with her responses. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and the view is absolutely amazing! We can sea the see, small islands around and the Uspenski cathedral is also visible from the terrace. There is a lot if light, large windows and modern and stylish furniture. There is good connection to the city centre and also to the airport. Public transport in Helsinki is very good. The apartment is in a newish neighborhood, everything is beautiful around. I highly recommend this apartment!

Runsaiden positiivisten palautteiden ansioista uskallettiin varata kohde aika extemporee. Majoittaja vastasi nopeasti kyselyihin, ja paikka oli mitä pitikin. Vuodesohvakin yllätti positiivisesti, saatiin kunnon yöunet. Suosittelemme muillekin, ja palaamme itsekin mikäli sieltä suunnalta taas majoitusta kaipaamme. 😊

My friend Simon and I stayed at Erika's home for four nights, and it was perfect. The home is comfortable, warm, and welcoming, located in a fantastic area. Central Helsinki is easily walkable if you don't mind spending some time on foot, with great bars and restaurants nearby. Erika was an incredibly friendly and responsive host—we couldn't have asked for better. Thanks, Erika!

Appartement très bien situé dans Kallio, bien décoré, chaleureux et fournissant le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner en plus d’être facile d’accès. Hôte très accueillante, assez réactive, arrangeante et très agréable. Super séjour à Helsinki grâce à cet appartement !

Studio is located close to public transportation but at a walkable distance to the city center. There is a supermarket really close. The seaside is close. Really nice neighbourhood. Everything in the studio is just as described in the listing. Fully functional and clean accomodation. Kethe as a host was super nice, responded to messages really fast. All in all, the place is great, the city is beautiful. Highly recommend you visit both Helsinki and Kethe's accomodation! :)

Place was was clean and spacious. It is perfect for family with kids, there were kids books and board games as well as kids plates and utensils. The host was responsive and helpful. Parking space was also free.

Sijainti oli erittäin keskeinen, lyhyt matka kauppakeskukseen jossa asioimme usean kerran. Asunto kaunis, ihailimme upeita maisemia koko vierailun ajan. Haikeata oli lähteä. Varmasti tulen toistekin ♥️ Lisa auttoi pyyteettömästi ja antoi vinkkejä matkustamisessa, kiitos. 😊

Thank you Jukka for the hospitality! The place looks exactly like the pictures, and even though centrally located, it’s very quiet. Jukka responds quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend to solo/couple travellers looking for a place to stay in Helsinki and enjoy the city!
