Nadio was a wonderful host! The home was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful treat, which was such a lovely touch. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and restful vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend staying at Nadio’s place!

Nicola and his wife were extremely helpful and cooperative. Right upon checkin they helped us locate the apartment and helped us settle in and gave clear instructions about everything. They also made accommodation for us for early checkin as we had a late morning flight and helped to arrange the apartment for us much before the usual checkin. The apartment itself was very beautiful and spacious and was in a very nice gated community. The kitchen was well stocked and they also had some light snacks, milk etc to get you started. Overall the perfect place to stay if you'd like to live close to the airport which is just a 10-15 minutes drive . Would love staying with them again.

Lovely place, very quiet and peaceful. Easy to access with lift and instruction. Nearby there is a big shopping center with also restaurants, rail station and the event area “Fiera di Roma” which can be reached via train on the west part but as our event was in the east wing, we had to take Ubers but was a quick and cheap trip to be fair. I will for sure book again next year. Also they were very nice letting us keep the suitcases on the flat for few hours after check in so we easily went to eat and a walk before our flight. Highly recommend. Many thanks

Very good stay, next to the train, 20 minutes from downtown. The place is very spacious and you settle into the room very quickly. Everything is great for you to live. There is a mall 5 minutes away and there you can get anything. It is one stop from the airport. At night, it doesn't seem like a very safe area to go alone, but if you're accompanied, it's fine.

Fantastic and super friendly host. Excellent location near the airport including an airport shuttle service a few feet away (which was told to me by the host 🤩). Gorgeous, modern minimalistic design (my fav) with an incredibly chill and relaxing balcony. You may hear some airplanes, but that is expected as you are right near the airport. Incredible place and fantastic rate.

We stayed here for four nights and it's the last leg of our 2 weeks tour/vacation of Switzerland and Italy. It was the great last few days of our vacation. Very relaxing apartment with a huge balcony. Steps away to train station that is one station away from the airport. A huge mall across the street with huge grocery an plenty of restaurants. The apartment is spotless. David and Alina are great, David check us in a little early and even met us at the outside the apartment, he is awesome and very friendly. I will definitely recommend this property if you are in Rome.
