Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Wunderschöne 2 1/2 -Penthouse-Dachwohnung mit persönlichem Eingang auf 1'670 m ü.M. mit Blick auf den Heidsee und das ganze Tal. Im Winter Skipiste direkt vor dem Haus, im Sommer umgeben von blühenden Alpwiesen zum Spielen und Verweilen in der Natur – mitten im Wandergebiet. Fantastisches Bergpanorama und diverse Ausflugs- Sport- und Naturerlebnisse, wie Globiweg, Heidsee mit grossem Freizeitangebot, Bärenland in Arosa, "Chugelibahn" von Roger Federer oder Rodelbahn in Churwalden.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The cozy attic apartment with 3 1/2 rooms is surrounded by forest overlooking the beautiful Grisons mountains. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings, close to the edge of the forest... whether biking, hiking or tobogganing... the Lenzerheide/Churwalden holiday region offers everything for a relaxing holiday, or a few days to linger... (not suitable for toddlers, many stairs)... July and February bookable for 7 days only)

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

An oasis of peace in the Southern part of the Swiss Alps, a house in Nature. A place to find time and oneself. A stone's throw from everything. All the interiors are in the wood, there is a wood stove, a new kitchen, a big table inside, and an even bigger one outside in the courtyard. You are going to be all by yourself. 4 rooms, 3 Single bed + 3 double bed.
