We had a great stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

We booked this stay for 5 adults and a 2.5 year old for family members bday. The place is stunning and the hot tub is an added bonus. Lounge area is brilliant and comfy. Dining table area great. Kitchen was really well equipped. Bedrooms spotless and beds very comfy! Main bedroom had bifold doors with amazing views. Local area great we went to Calke abbey and the local pubs. Went to Alton towers final day and only 50 min drive. Coffee and tea station on arrival was a lovely touch. Outside sofa area comfy and stylish. I would say that the outside seating area needs more chairs / a little coffee table as there isn’t anywhere to put drinks or enough room for all 5 adults to sit. Also maybe some plastic garden cups would be good. Also to note that there is a big drop at end of garden to a stream - whilst toddler loved seeing resident ducks it was a watch 24/7 situation. Travel cot provided but not suitable for over 2 as too small. Overall loved the stay ! Would def go back.

Everything as described in the add and very helpful when requested late check out. Would 100% stay again would of booked the week after if was available but unfortunately was fully booked

Another lovely stay at Gemma's pristine and impeccably styled retreat in rural Nottinghamshire. The Hideaway is peaceful, with the comfortable bed overlooking a field where the only sound was a bird tapping on a tree. No road noise whatsoever - the property is located down a quiet lane. Every detail of the place is carefully curated and thought out, and Gemma is the perfect, welcoming host. Thank you, once again - looking forward to our next visit.

This is an absolute gem of a house. beautifully decorated, wood floors, great kitchen. Like a country cottage. Gillian is an absolute pleasure to deal with. the location is fantastic, less than 10.mins to the shopping centre in town, but loads of local pubs too. 2 mins walk from the train station. Highly, Highly recommended.

Allan went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit our son studying in Nottingham. It was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen was properly equipped. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Cara’s, it is in a good position and ideal for walking into town and all that East Leake has to offer. Choose to stay here it’s lovely inside.

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

Lovely flat, very safe and secure for single traveller. Great area to stay, quiet yet not far from shops, tram, etc. Great shower and very comfortable bed. (Firm mattress).

We loved our stay, in a cute little village close by to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, a fresh bakery/deli, and shops! The apartment is really cosy and we didn't want to leave. Plus the bed was super comfortable. Steve was really accommodating and allowed us to check out a little later too!

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

Thank you so much for another perfect stay. I’d placed an order for a special meal to arrive, but hadn’t left enough time to have it arrive at home before leaving, Joanna was kind enough to allow the package to arrive on the day of our stay, she even unpacked it for us and placed in the fridge. Friendly welcome, beautiful little place for a couple of nights away. Everything you could need for a stay. Milk, bread, butter, eggs and jam all waiting for our arrival. Look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

Peaceful and quiet area with easy parking great swimming pool and gym. The apartment literally had everything! We’ll be back!! 😀

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

A lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, with everything you need for a great stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The balcony is a fantastic bonus, offering a nice spot to relax. Lewis was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.
