My wife and I were delighted with the accommodation, we had everything we needed, new and excellent quality furnishings and utensils.

Marcos' house is a paradise in Lençóis. Wake up to the birds singing, have breakfast on one of the apartment's two balconies, live and feel the nature of the place. The apartment is very complete and pleasant. I felt right at home.

The accommodation is excellent! The rooms were extremely clean, everything was very organized, with all the necessary infrastructure, perfectly designed for maximum comfort and convenience to the customer. I highly recommend it! Xavier welcomed us super well, from the beginning he worried about offering information and possibilities of amenities such as the breakfast premium, with homemade breads and jellies, prepared by his own. A delight! The suite is very spacious and comfortable and was prepared with every care for our hosting. The house has beautiful architecture and very much reflects the spirit of Xavier, not to mention the backyard, abundant in fruits and plants of all sorts. In addition to the physical space, which delighted us a lot, we also had a wonderful experience with Xavier. It was a day of great exchange and learning, lessons that we will bring to life! The Quaresmeira house is a gem in the middle of the Capão Valley! When we arrived, we were already amazed by the incredible architecture of the building, but we were speechless when we went up to the 2nd floor and saw the view of the mountains. No photo will do justice to what the eyes see. Everything was impeccable, the house was very well equipped and with complete utensils, so we cooked with peace of mind. Comfortable beds with mosquito nets were great. The house is a 6-minute drive from the village. Although this route can be done on foot, it has many ups and downs and the traffic during the holiday was intense, so we made this journey by car. Access to Capão is paved, so the stretch of land has decreased a lot and made arrival easier. It is really necessary to save water. There were 4 of us, we spent the whole day away from home and still the water ran out twice (but the house has a pump that allows you to fill the box after a while). Mi was amazing, super welcoming and helpful. The street is super quiet and the house was IMPECCABLE. An atmosphere thought to be welcoming and intimate. During the day, natural light illuminates the entire house and the colorful stained glass windows make everything more beautiful. The balcony is great for resting from a hot day and during the night, the intimate vibe continues with the warm lighting (yellow light) and the tranquility of the street. I loved it so much and will definitely come back more often

Luiz and Mariza were both very kind. Flexible with check-in and check-out, amazing! The self check-in was very clear and easy. The location is perfect: right in the center of the town, very close near the tour agents for visiting Chapada Diamantina. Big kitchen with a tap water filter. Recommended!

We had a great stay! The house invites you to linger and in the surroundings we could go hiking directly and explore the area with a guide in the maritiba Park. The garden and grounds are beautiful, the decor very modern. We didn't miss anything. Best regards from Germany,

The location is perfect and the landlord made sure we had everything we needed! The wifi is not optimal, but it works well enough to research stuff or watch a movie. Highly recommended and a great price for the offer :)

The house is amazing, wide, super comfortable and very well-equipped. The three en-suites have air-conditioning. The location is excellent and Fábio passes valuable tips from the region. Being further from the Village was the high point, on the Carnival holiday it was impossible to transit there, so after arriving from the tours it was not necessary to go through this nuisance. Highly recommend and will be back!
