James and Tom welcome you to our lovingly restored red brick Victorian home in Phibsborough with all mod cons, luxurious surroundings and peaceful flower filled garden for your enjoyment. We are a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin and all that this vibrant city has to offer. We are close to the Botanic Gardens and a short drive to the beautiful Phoenix Park, home to Dublin Zoo and roaming deer. It is rustically natural where small details echo peace; a shell on a windowsill, a flower in a vase. The bed is a small double so it's intimate. I love considered interiors and styling spaces. We are situated on a quiet lane with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains including Lugnaquilla and Kaideen, an ideal place for mountain walking, just outside Rathdangan Village. We are just 15 minutes from Baltinglass for a great variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. We are about 30 minutes from Ballybeg wedding venue, and 40 minutes from Glendalough We recommend that you have a mode of transport as we are located in a rural area.

Everyone is welcome, but please note that there is no smoking on the premises. While there are Tea and Coffee making facilities, the accommodation is not Self Catering. It is offered on a Bed and Breakfast basis only. Situated on a quiet country lane about 1 mile outside the town of Gorey in Co. Wexford, Highlands Cottage is a lovely little house set in mature gardens, with flowering bushes, trees, plants and lots of peace and quiet. There is no traffic noise, just the sounds of nature.
