The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Lovely and peaceful garden house with a great garden and terrace. The house has a nice shower and bathroom, floor heating, kitchen and terrace with view over the garden. Rent the motorboat, bikes or go supping at the lake, great activities just at your doorstep. In a couple of minutes you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lakes close by.
