Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas.

Lord Monty Foxton is your host at his holiday pod, Coplow, where he resides to escape fox hunters. It’s very unique and off grid and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
