Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

Modern apartment with panoramic views

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and a separate bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room (width approx. 1.30 m; it is a bit tight for two adults, but it is sufficient for one adult and a child or for 2 children) A staircase leads to the apartment, and you can sit comfortably in the atrium and have a barbecue...

Relax with the whole family at our quietly located place. A family of four will find plenty of space on 65 m². On the terrace you can spend time in fine weather and let your gaze wander over the garden, across the Brenz to the Danube. The quiet location invites you to relax. From here, excursions such as to Legoland can be started. The nearby playground offers the possibility for children to let off steam.
