It was beyond our expectations, he was there waiting for us, explained everything, had fully stacked kitchen and pantry: 3 types of milk, juices, cheese, ham, turkey, fruit, chocolates, wine, croissants, bread, cereals and everything you need to cook a meal, including spices salt, etc., etc.beautiful modern cozy well appointed space, close to metro and Atocha train station, supermarket and places to eat near by and only block and a half away from a gorgeous park, it’s a must see with unbelievable monuments, lake and rose garden! We loved the place and Carlos! Would highly recommend!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

A spotlessly clean AirBnB that is so conveniently located to Metro. Our host was responsive and very helpful. His place is just perfect for a few days stay in Madrid away from the chaos of the central area. There is an excellent 24 hr supermarket that stocks everything.

We chose Shibari for a two-night stay as a couple and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The apartment was spotless, incredibly quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect — easy access to the city center via bus or metro, yet peacefully tucked away. Justine was a fantastic host — kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided clear and detailed information about the apartment and all its amenities, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid. Appartement très spacieux, confortable, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes activités, nous avons pu tout réaliser à pieds. Facile de s’y rendre en métro via l’aéroport. Nous avions demandé une décoration de bienvenue avec des ballons et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre demande avait été réalisée. Raul has been the best host we have ever had in our 8 years staying at AIRbnb's. cheking in was perfect, Raul was there to welcome us and explain us everything. The fridge was full with water, sodas, fruits. The checkout as well, and he even drove us to the airport. Superhost! The apartment is perfect, 5 stars. Super clean, spacious, confortable beds. location is perfect, close to everything walking distance. definitly coming back to this apartment on my next trip to Madrid.

Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Carmen est une personne très agréable qui a le souhait de prendre soin de ses hôtes. Le logement était très bien, un vrai petit cocon qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésité cette petite pépite.

We were surprised by the location of the home, its was next to a cafe and felt like it was once one! We were greeted by a friend of the host, and everything was explained to us very nicely. The place was well equipped,clean and comfortable for 6 of us. It is located near public transport, and amazing supermarkets selling great fruits nearby! We enjoyed our stay here.

La ubicación perfecta, a un paso de la mayoría de lugares emblemáticos de Madrid pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. Recomiendo totalmente, principalmente nosotros fuimos con un bebé y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Todo estuvo muy bien fueron muy amables nos recibieron el equipaje una hora antes que ayudó a conocer un poco porque nada más teníamos una tarde, pero todo en el departamento muy bonito, limpio y agradable. Muchas gracias y muy recomendable

One of the best places we've stayed at - excellent host in Francisco, amazingly close to *everything* (the Retiro park is half-block if you look one way, the Prado is two blocks if you look the other), super comfortable and light apartment. We definitely plan to return.

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
