The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children. Because the neighborhood is sensitive to noise nuisance, we do not accept groups. Sheets and bed covers are provided. The apartment has beautiful sea views. The living and the kitchen offer 9 meters of sea views.

The most fun time of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Wonderfully just! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bicycles there. Free parking: outskirts parking "Maria-Hendrikapark" within 10 minutes walking distance. Outside tourist tax, there is no additional charge.

Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Nicely decorated apartment. Quite spacious for this location. Quietly located but still within walking distance of the city center and various restaurants. Close to tram stop. Also close to dike and beach, nice view. Terrace is also a plus. Kitchen very well equipped.

It was a pleasure to spend 3 days with my little doggie Yorkshire in this beautiful, modern and very cozy Apartment with a beautiful sea view from the bed and the amazing sunsets in the livingroom . Lovely. The Apartment has everthing you need, even wine on arrival and the Host Martin is such a great Person , very welcoming, lovely and always helpful. I will definitely come back. 5 Stars. Very nice place to stay with a fantastic view and the sound of the waves. An absolute insider tip. We were skeptical at first because of the house complex (large concrete block by the sea) and were greeted by a dim, poorly lit hallway on the 10th floor. The adventure of the underground garage was also an experience, since I do not own a small car and the garage dates from a time when people did not plan with such a large car. The charm of the underground garage is also very "special" :-) But.....as soon as you enter the apartment on the 10th floor, any skepticism is gone. The decor is very nice and tasteful. Modern kitchen with good facilities, the folding bed is really very cozy with a mattress that is not laid out. We were very positively surprised. The bathroom is a dream, great facilities and absolutely clean ! The view and the permanent sound of the sea transformed the stay into a fantastic weekend. -> Very happy to come back <-

A very nice and nice place. It is a fifteen minute walk to the beach and the tram to go downtown (although you can also walk downtown along the coast). Everything is sustainable and cozy. Anais and Niña are attentive and always very friendly. My dogs also had a great time.
