Beautiful spacious accommodation of about 85 m2 with varangue in a quiet residence near the city center and beaches (5 min walk), gym, beauty/massage salon, hairdresser/barber, and snack bar within the residence. 2 spaces in secure parking, direct access to the elevator. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. One 160 x 200 queen size bed and one 140 x 190 bed. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 people. All the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.

This beautiful Villa Tsara, with its swimming pool (9 m x 5 m) heated from June to September, close to Grand-Anse Beach and all the shops, can accommodate up to 12 people. The view from the veranda upstairs is magnificent; you can gaze out over the ocean and the nearby towns. You can enjoy yourself by playing pool or working out on the rowing machine or exercise bike while taking in a beautiful panoramic sea view.

The flat-screen TV is connected and has FOOT+ and Amazon Prime Video.
