Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the old town

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, perfect for 4 people thanks to the second bathroom. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, a stone's throw from Via Giulia, a few minutes' walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona, but still in an extremely quiet and uncrowded area. Fantastic location. Filomena was attentive to our requests and prompt in her responses. An exceptional host. I recommend everyone to stay here, you won't regret it.

Location fantastic. Next to tram and trendy delicious restaurants. Building is super high tech with security guard access. Balcony has fantastic view. Perfection. Overnight evening parking easy and free. Sundays amazing flea market at your doorstep! 💎❤️

The place was extremely nice, with open spaces, natural light and an amazing terrace. Located in a peaceful and beautiful corner in Trastevere, it is the perfect place to relax after exploring Rome. We will definitely come back.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. We've just had a lovely 5 day stay here. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and of course a view of (and short walk to) St. Peter's Basilica. Carrefour near the station and smaller grocery shops if you walk towards the Basilica and turn right. Bakery and Sandwich shop right outside the building. The apartment was clean and had all amenities we could need! Most importantly, we were arriving very late at night into Rome and Davide kindly arranged a reasonable taxi to pick us up from the airport and a late check-in was no problem.

The accommodation is in all respects as advertised, located in a beautiful building, very close to all amenities, close to Place Saint Pierre and well served by bus. It is perfectly suitable for families although it does not have a seating area. Good location in Rome.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break
