Very spacious apartment, pleasant, bright, ultra functional, very well equipped, refined decoration, impeccable cleanliness. The bedding is excellent. Located in a secure modern building offering covered parking. Breathtaking views of stunning sunsets. Not enough superlatives to describe this place. It perfectly matched our expectations in terms of comfort and location. The only small downside is the terrace overlooking the really noisy docks. But the rooms are in the back and much quieter. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with Julie's apartment and we congratulate her on the services. Recommended.

We rented this place in the idyllic setting of Anse Vata for a short relaxing family stay and we were not disappointed. New apartment, impeccable and perfectly equipped, in a luxury residence, ideally located close to the departures for the islands. The secure parking space is a sure asset and the balcony has a wonderful view of the bay. The apartment complies with the description and photos. Arrival instructions are very accurate with illustration photos, allowing for self check in. Very responsive hosts: We reported an oversight upon arrival and everything was settled in the evening. We've already booked our next stay!

We had a great time at Eve's place! The house is located in a very quiet location, ideal for resting and relaxing by the pool. In addition, Eve was very accommodating for check-in , which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

Apartment ideal for a stay in Noumea, very well located, clean and modern in a very nice neighborhood. It's easy to park on the street. The washing machine and dryer are a real plus. We have spent several weeks in this wonderful apartment, perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It is located on the seventh floor, which is also the last floor of the building. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and comfortable bed linen. You have a 180 degree view of Anse Vata beach from the large terrace! The spectacular view where you can see the Kitesurfers on the left and the Windsufers on your right. There is also a garage and a specific place belonging to the apartment where you can park the car and an elevator from the garage up to the apartment. The entire building is secure. Very calm. A strong WiFi. This apartment is absolutely to be recommended. The host a very nice person. Responds and helps with everything you need. We thank him and his team for an incredible stay!
