This 2-room apartment is meant for either a single couple or for a single person. It includes a 23 m2 living room/kitchen; a 13 m2 bedroom without window (but equipped with an air conditioner), with an en-suite bathroom; a separate toilet; a 34 m2 covered terrace; a garage.

Located 5 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the village of Tartane where there are many beaches with the possibility of water activities and hiking

It consists of a 17 m² bedroom with ensuite shower room and a 15 m² terrace with outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy the view of the Pitons du Carbet while sipping their ti punch. A small, little-known and charming beach is within 10 minutes' walk.
