This is apartment can easily house 5-6 guests- we were 4 with our daughter visiting for one night from paris. The bedrooms are not large but they all have excellent windows that can open in 2 directions and individual heaters in each room and bathroom. The common area is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay- we were working in the area, in and out visiting wineries and restaurants and this was quite a good location. Aurelie was always responsive and helpful.

Joli petit duplex, très propre, décoré avec goût et très bien situé. Très bien équipé et de la documentation actualisée à disposition pour découvrir Reims et sa région. Albane que nous n avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer est disponible et réactive et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons !

Staying at Marie's place in Sacy was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Marie and her lovely family welcomed us with such warmth and generosity—we truly felt like part of the family. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected. The village of Sacy itself is a hidden gem—peaceful, charming, and surrounded by stunning vineyards. While it’s the perfect base for exploring both Épernay and Reims, we found ourselves falling in love with Sacy’s own offerings: beautiful walks, delicious local food, and of course, incredible Champagne. Traveling with our dogs, we were thrilled to find a place that felt so dog-friendly and relaxed. The property and surrounding area were perfect for them, and they were just as welcomed as we were. If you’re considering a stay in the Champagne region, look no further. Marie’s home is everything you could hope for!

Merci Aurélien ! Nous avons passé une très belle nuit dans cette adorable roulotte nichée au fond des bois, un véritable petit coin de tranquillité. L'endroit est cosy, joliment décoré, insonorisé, avec une literie très confortable et un éclairage doux qui crée une atmosphère apaisante. Nous avons adoré profiter de la terrasse pour admirer le coucher de soleil à travers les grandes fenêtres. Le tout est très propre, bien équipé, même d'une enceinte bluetooth, et même la baignoire a ajouté un petit plus à notre séjour. Sans oublier les biquettes, aussi accueillantes que le lieu lui-même ! The house was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful in the countryside yet close to the city to see the sights. We had a bit of a snafu upon check-in but Julie was quick to find a solution that worked well for our family. I wish we had an opportunity to have a champagne tasting but the timing never worked out. However, Julie provided a bottle that was divine... Thanks, Julie!

This is a great and very special place to stay. We had rented he whole farmhouse for 4 families and had a great time over new year. There is lots of space and it is a stand-alone building in the countryside, but shops/bakeries etc are only a few minutes by car in the next village(s). Overall a great stay, with very responsive and friendly hosts.

Marie-Paule et son mari ont été des hôtes incroyables, leur maison de famille rénovée est sublime et bien au dessus de très nombreux boutiques hôtels de luxe. Nous nous sommes sentis si bien accueillis et comme à la maison, le week-end n’était pas assez long. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment à prendre, nous reviendront entres amis ou en famille c’est sûr! Une magnifique rencontre et un séjour encore plus incroyable, merci 🙏🏻

Nous avons passé un séjour de Noël en famille vraiment très agréable dans la ferme Champenoise ! Le salon au coin du feu, la grande tablée de réveillon autour du poêle(la cuisine ouverte dans son prolongement), le baby foot, le billard, le sauna, les jeux de société, les grandes balades dans la campagne alentour, il y avait de quoi réjouir toutes les générations ! L’accueil de Jean-Yves (et de Caroline!) a été parfait ! Pour l’été, la maison est dotée en plus d’un grand jardin. À seulement une trentaine de kilomètres de Provins; idéal pour une escapade ! Je recommande vivement !

3rd time I’ve stayed here and I wouldn’t return if it wasn’t great. Stayed this time just before Christmas and they had even decorated the place with lights and garland. Very comfortable and quiet stay!
