A huge thank you to Annick and Jean-Pierre for their warm and thoughtful hosting. As soon as we arrived, we were touched by all the little touches left in the accommodation. Their friendliness, availability and caring advice really made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is simple, but everything is thought out to make you feel good. We had the chance to taste a homemade sausage rougail, absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! There were also plenty of on-demand options, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Well done and thank you again for everything.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and perfectly equipped. The pool is a real plus, great for relaxing. We particularly appreciated the calm of the place and the beauty of the surroundings. The village is charming, with beautiful walks and good places to discover. We left rested and with very good memories!

I don’t know where to start : this place is the first Airbnb I have ever stayed at that looks many times better in real life than in the photos - and the photos are perfect already ! Starting with the hosts : incredibly proactive in communication , very helpful , waited to be there for an in person welcome ( including a drink !) . They were extremely kind , professional and welcoming . This house is a home away from home . The kitchen has way and above of the utensils to what most homes have . The bedroom has the most comfortable bed , mattress , bedding . The bathroom is pristine , the furnishing is tasteful , new and in supreme condition . There is a big bonus : a jacuzzi which felt like heaven after completing challenging hiking routes in Cilaos . The little town is enchanting , local , safe and simply delightful . This is a gem amongst gems and I really hope it will be possible to stay again .

We had a wonderful stay with the family at Rose's😃! When we arrived, Rose's brother, Ory, greeted us. He was very kind and patient despite our delay due to the flight. The house was very clean upon arrival, quiet and relaxing, set back from the street. I loved sitting very early in the morning on the terrace to listen to the birds singing perched on the trees 🌳 in the garden, a real moment of tranquility. In addition to the fast roads (St. Pierre in 5 minutes via the 4-lane), everything is within walking distance: city center, bakeries, restaurants… and for those who are Muslim like me, the mosque is only a 6-minute walk away, which I really appreciated. The bus station is right out front for those without a car, you don't even need to worry😌. And if you are coming by car, there is ample parking that also served as a play area for our children. I would recommend this property without a second thought

We had a great time at Marie-Claude and Patrice's! Their independent accommodation, adjoining their house, is perfectly arranged: comfortable, well-equipped, with an air-conditioned bedroom and a very appreciable swimming pool after a day of discovery. What we particularly liked was their warm and discreet welcome. Marie-Claude and Patrice knew how to be present when needed (always available, responsive and full of good advice) while letting us enjoy our privacy in peace. We had a great time at Phil and Véro's! The accommodation is in a great location for discovering the island's must-sees. Very spacious, perfectly equipped, with a heated pool that really makes a difference. The welcome was warm, the hosts are attentive, full of good advice, and their little touches (waffles, pancakes, welcome pot, etc.) particularly touched us. Close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants, this is a place we would recommend without hesitation. We'll be happy to go back!
