I would recommend Jean-Louis's place. Very pleasant and peaceful setting. Functional accommodation. Basic food products in the fridge and cupboard. I think it's a nice touch, especially when you arrive late. A big thank you.

I recommend this peaceful haven to anyone looking for a total change of scenery and a real connection with nature and the people of Martinique. From the site, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea, sunsets and the majestic Pelée mountain. Le Carbet and Saint-Pierre are within 10 minutes. On the estate, you will come across donkeys, geese, goats, a large lizard and even a couple of peacocks that add to the magic of the place. You are lulled in the morning by the crowing of roosters, and in the evening by the symphony of frogs. There's a hot tub upstairs, a foosball game, deckchairs, and most importantly: peace. The owner's parents are on site and always available to make sure everything goes smoothly. This is truly a place I highly recommend, and where I will come back without hesitation.

We had a great time at Sandra and Marc's. The accommodation is amazing. Clean, very well equipped, quality bedding, air conditioning that works properly. The view is superb. Lush vegetation. The 2 terraces are very nice. good communication with Sandra and Marc we strongly recommend

We stayed for a week in Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were unable to enjoy it because the beach was overrun with sargassum during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she was not at fault. We had a problem with a bedroom door that was impossible to open. Again Sybille did everything she could to help us, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well-equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of little useful things: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Delightful stay of 8 nights as a couple Charming exotic wooden bungalow, recent , with terrace , garden , perfectly matching the description and photos. Very well equipped with appliances and dishes. Quiet environment, very well located 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Grand Anse d 'Arlet . Beach restaurants near. Charming welcome from Jacqueline who allowed us to leave in the afternoon given the evening schedule of our return plane We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent welcome. As soon as we arrived in Martinique at the end of the day, Hélène and Eric contacted us to tell us not to worry about the evening meal or breakfast that was waiting for us at the rental. So we were able to enjoy our place from the first minute onwards with our 2 daughters. For the rest of our stay, we were amazed every day at the setting we were in. Great stay at Ti coin de paradis. Unobstructed view of the diamond. Although shared, we were able to enjoy the outdoors at our convenience. The garden is beautiful! The place is simple but comfortable. Everything is there to enjoy the stay. Zélie remains very available and very welcoming. We would highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful week at Maly's villa! The view is breathtaking, the Creole villa is superb, spacious and very clean. The area is very safe, we slept on both ears. Close to everything! The sea salt pool is very clean and perfectly tempered. The room is very comfortable and the air conditioning that works very well allows you to be cool. Fully-equipped kitchen (there's really nothing missing!). We really appreciated the amenities available for snorkeling (palm, snorkel, mask!). You just need to know that during temperature changes (e.g. after rain), it may be normal to see cockroaches in the villa. Like everywhere else in the tropics. Maly is an incredible host! She welcomed us with a homemade punch and a traditional cake. In addition to passionately chatting with us about the main attractions of the island and its culture. <3 She cares about our well-being and quickly answers our questions.

If you want to meet up with family in an idyllic setting then this is the perfect place! The villa is very well arranged, nothing is missing and what a view!!! The pool, garden and terrace are super nice, even the mosquitoes left us alone! A little scary on the last day following a military exercise nearby but ultimately it adds to the experience! A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself perfectly matches the description and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking a real postcard of Fort-de-France Bay. Only downside is the proximity to the very busy road which is a little intrusive at first. The beach directly accessible below the property is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and we have great memories of it. Françoise and Eric

The villa is a beautiful window on the nature and warmth of Martinique. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen opening onto the large terrace and pool, and especially the tropical landscaping, small lizards, hummingbirds, and even a charcoal turtle passed by the yard! It was always a pleasure in the morning to open the shutters to merge the outside and the inside, and to come back in the evening to relax to the sound of frogs. A few minutes' drive to Le Marin, Sainte-Anne, Les Salines beach. And a few minutes' walk to good pizza! The villa is clean, in good condition and well-equipped. Instructions are clear.
