L’hiver: Profitez des sentiers de raquettes. Près des sentiers de motoneige la Passerelle du 49e parallèle.

Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

Kitchen equipment, large shower, several other personal effects on site will be available to you; guitar, piano, gym, bicycles, board games etc. N.B. There is no wifi.

Chalet au coeur de la forêt -St-Prime. Lac St-Jean

You'll have access to the 5km of trails in our wood-burning lot as well as 2km from the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. Guests can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. N.B. For the winter season, there will be no running water. I brought you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Great for 2 people.
