Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Diamant

Great place to stay. Had a great time. Well located with a sumptuous view of the Diament! Well-maintained residence, secure with private parking.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this place. This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in to date. Everything has been carefully thought out to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The large pool and spa were pure joy. Corinne was very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working on a holiday and did everything to resolve the problem quickly, which we greatly appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure.

Our stay was very pleasant, nothing was missing. The owners are efficient and very proactive when we write to them. Very nice meeting with Michel (owner) kind, kind and smiling. The pool is extraordinary, the air conditioning is very efficient. Restaurants are within walking distance. I thank you for this wonderful 11-day stay but I would have taken more..... We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. This place is undoubtedly in the top 5 apartments rented on Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were struck by the luxurious and spacious appearance of the apartment. Everything was super clean, which is an essential criterion for us. The luxury bedding deserves a special mention – we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel with unparalleled comfort. Virginia was an exemplary host, very responsive and attentive to our needs. His availability went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay for 2026 and can't wait to visit again!

Excellent accommodation! With all amenities, equipped kitchen, huge favorite for the terrace overlooking the sea with the diamond rock, breakfast takes on an incredible dimension. The presence of air conditioners in every room is a real plus. In addition, the accommodation also has a parking space for the car, which is nice. Special mention at the start of the hike just across the house, as well as the Place du Diamant easily accessible on foot. In short, I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Beautiful modern villa of exceptional cleanliness. Living with the large sliding doors open was magical. The views are breathtaking. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and even plenty of apnea equipment at our disposal. I would recommend it 100%.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We stayed for a week in Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were unable to enjoy it because the beach was overrun with sargassum during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she was not at fault. We had a problem with a bedroom door that was impossible to open. Again Sybille did everything she could to help us, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well-equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of little useful things: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing, the kayak to go see the iguanas at Chancel Island (a little heavy to go down and up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad… Thanks to Florent for his friendly, fast and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting La Trinité, the Caravelle peninsula, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Clément house, the François, the Fonds Blancs, the Josephine bathtub…

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Well-located and well-equipped apartment by the sea. It is located in a quiet residence that has all the necessary amenities. A small market and good restaurant within walking distance. Everything is good for enjoying the south of the island

This place has exactly what we needed for a week, host was responsive and other guests were courtesy of noise at night. While I didn’t have children with me, this would be a great location to stay if you do.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

Listing as described. Well-equipped even if a mosquito net is missing. The only downside, off-center from Le Diamant. You have to take the car to go to the market or visit the city. Our stay went well, good for visiting the south of the island. Philippe is responsive and available.
