Located 150 m from the beach and shops, in the middle of a Mediterranean pine park. Large sunny 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, garden table, sea view, olive tree, seagull cries... Very well equipped. Residence secured by electric gate and digicode at the building entrance.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
