Located 150 m from the beach and shops, in the middle of a Mediterranean pine park. Large sunny 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, garden table, sea view, olive tree, seagull cries... Very well equipped. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
