The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Alpine chalet in Oisans, refuge at the end of the world

The Refuge de La Boire is an alpine chalet located at 1900 m altitude in the Oisans massif in the Alps. The south-facing chalet dominates a wild valley. A remarkable site for its panoramas (mountains,glaciers, alpine meadows...) , its wild nature (marmots, chamois, eagles, vultures), its hikes from the chalet, its tranquility ( it is the only chalet in the valley!). Unusual stay in the Alps, the chalet welcomes 6 people, in an authentic and warm setting!

This small restored house in a quiet little hamlet, at an altitude of 1050 m and with magnificent views of the Meije, will transport you into the warm world of the mountain. Ideal base camp for rider, with the possibility of walking and proximity by car (essential) to 3 large ski resorts: Les 2 Alpes(20 min), Alpe d 'Huez, La Grave and Les Valons de la Meije. The apartment is composed of a hall, a bathroom + toilet, a living room (kitchen and sofa bed) as well as a bedroom with a baby cot. To access it, you need to go through the living room. A terrace in front of the apartment allows you to eat outside in front of the Meije. A barrier protects from the ravine but toddlers must remain under parental supervision. The apartment above is regularly occupied by the owners.

The accommodation has been completely renovated, and has a large living room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms with private shower room, and two dormitories with 4 beds, with a shower room.
