L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato come pure gli arredi tutti rinnovati e si trova sul mare con spiaggia privata alla quale si accede da una scaletta di pochi metri. Si trova al primo piano di un villino in un complesso di pochi villini al centro del Golfo di Caporizzuto. Un grande balcone sul mare permette la visione totale del Golfo. Il paesino di Isola Caporizzuto dista tre Km dal complesso Miramare località Capo Piccolo ma nelle vicinanze si trovano bar e negozi vari.
