If you are going to IU Bloomington with a big group of people, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Reserved Nick's place for my daughter and her family during their visit here. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was comfortable and quiet and very convenient to downtown Bloomington. It was also an easy 5 minute ride to our house. We will definitely look into reserving Nick's place again for when guests come over.

We just returned from wonderful stay at Cameron's Lake Monroe condo. It was a beautiful, golf course location. A family of very tame deer visited us twice a day most days. Cameron's instructions and suggestions were perfect. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed, complete with a delicious "welcome" bottle of Oliver Winery wine. We loved taking long walks around the Eagle Pointe community, eating at fabulous restaurants and enjoying all Bloomington and IU have to offer. Thank you for hosting us, Cameron. We had a great time. This is such a unique quaint apartment, nestled above an incredible café, where you wake up, smelling cinnamon rolls being baked. The apartment has an industrial flare and it is open and spacious. It is very updated and well stocked with amenities. Loved having my own parking spot and being able to walk around in Brown County without worrying about parking. The restaurant below has incredible food and wonderful people that come in to gather I highly recommend a stay !

We booked the loft but, Therisa, on her own, upgraded us to the apartment. We booked for two nights, but our scheduled departure was uncertain (long story). Therisa went above and beyond and extended our booking until our schedule resolved. Therisa is delightful; she is both responsive and gracious. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The property was perfect for us; very quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a delightful experience! The space is beautifully decorated and well-furnished. Plenty of comfortable seating. Sleeping accommodations were great and exceeded that of other locations. The wooded back yard with outdoor seating area allowed us to watch a variety of interesting birds as they came to the bird feeder. Very quiet - very private! Would return in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

Leading up to our stay Kimberly was proactive about communicating with us to make sure we had our needs met. She was flexible with check-in and the place was very cozy and perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This was the perfect place for us & our friends to stay while in French Lick. Plenty of space for our families & conveniently located to everything we needed. Will definitely return if we’re back in the area.

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
