Vacation rentals with lake access in Lavaux-Oron District

Private Lage direkt am See mit schöner Aussicht - top. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Rasen war ziemlich verwildert. Es war aber alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! L'emplacement est parfait et un accès facile aux commodités locales. La maison était impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce rbnb pour un séjour confortable et relaxant !

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

The house is truly beautiful and perfect in every way. Impeccably decorated with the most exquisite taste, Anne Sandra’s home is a jewel. Great open spaces, a large garden surrounded with the most sumptuous views on the Alps and the Leman Lake on one side and vineyards on the other. Thank you for a most wonderful stay with the family ! We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Nuestra estancia fue genial, Annie fue encantadora con nosotras, nos recogió a las llegada, se preocupo por explicarnos todo, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, y la casa estaba genial, limpia, ordenada.... y sobretodo las vistas que tiene 😯, que hasta se puede ver la casa de Papá Noel desde su terraza. Nosotros éramos un grupo de 7 personas, 4 adultos y 3 niños, ella estuvo pendiente desde mucho antes de llegar y cualquier cosa que necesitamos ella hacia lo imposible por complacernos. Darle un diez sería poco ya que se merece muchisimo más, sin duda que repetiríamos y nos ha encantado poderla conocer, a ella y a su amiga Lilly, las dos un amor de personas 😍.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. Lovely house, incredible kitchen, comfy bed. And since we like to puzzle, we really enjoyed the very large dining room table and the really bright floor lamp which we moved in from the tv room. Having the train right there was so perfect to enjoy the region and get down to town. Public transport being free with the Montreux card is incredible, as well as the other many things it offers at discount. Beautiful outside areas. Parking and getting there (the last 150 meters) can be a challenge if you are a nervous driver or have a large car as the road is extremely narrow. The fireplace is great, and the view from the place absolutely incredible. The trains go by twice an hour until midnight and are very loud, but so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Loved every moment. Milene was very attentive and easy to communicate. I would def recommend this place and would love to come back.

Karine’s place was exactly ss advertised. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The view from the terasse is glorious and we appreciated the possibility to park our car in the garage. Karin is great host - instructions and info were clear (she even made the effort to translate it to our, not very common language!), she was very responsive, we even got a welcome gift from her - bottle of wine, some local specialties and treats for kids etc. Overall, we were very satisified with our stay at Karine’s place. The only thing to mention is that there is no airconditioning in the appartment, so it can get a bit warm.

J'ai offert ce séjour à ma femme pour son anniversaire. Dès notre arrivée ce fut un échantement. le cadre est magique ! Le logement est conforme aux photos. À notre arrivée Cecile nous a accueillis, il y avait des chocolats de Pâques et une bouteille de vin que son mari Pascal et elle produisent dans ce merveilleux cadre du Lavaux classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO de vignes en escaliers dominant le Léman. Le Soleil de surcroît était présent un " self service" permet d'acheter les produits et de payer en toute autonomie pour ensuite deguster en terrasse en admirant le coucher de soleil sur le lac de Genève...Sublime. je confesse avoir pleurer de joie... La placette Corto Maltese est magnifique.. tout est beau. Nos hôtes viticulteurs sont des passionnés gentils disponibles et arrangeants... tout le confort y est... Nous avons passé un séjour d'anniversaire exceptionnel ! merci à Cécile et Pascal de nous avoir permis de vivre cela. MERCI ! Vive ́la Suisse

Loved our stay here! Modern apartment in a great location, including amazing view. Very close and continent to public transport, the perfect hub for us to explore southern Switzerland.

Wunderbar gelegen, nur ein paar Schritte von der Promenade entfernt. Dennoch ruhig. Alles wie beschrieben, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken, wenn wir mal wieder zum Genfer See fahren.

Paola nous a accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans sa maison, qui était fidèle à l'annonce et qui avait tout l'équipement nécessaire. De plus, Paola a toujours répondu rapidement aux messages. Encore un grand Merci!!

Logement idéal pour une arrivée en Suisse le temps de trouver un logement définitif. Il est possible de s’inscrire à la commune et recevoir son courrier. Le logement est vraiment fonctionnel et a tout pour vivre sur du long terme. La vue sur le lac est grandiose et le cadre agréable. L’arrêt de train- La Conversion à 15min à pieds. Le bus à 2min. La place de parking inclus dédié au logement. Véronique était à l’écoute et aimable , cependant il est dommage que les petit problèmes remontés , notamment la lumière extérieur qui reste allumé la nuit n’ait pas été résolus pendant les 5 mois de mon séjour. Cependant mon séjour s’est très bien passé et je recommande à 100% le logement. Bonne continuation.

This property has spectacular view over beautiful nature of mountains, lake and trees. My family and I enjoyed every minute of it and it is definitely worth the money. Christine made sure to supply the apartment with all amenities and devices. It is very well equipped. There are even fun games for the kids in the cupboard which my children found amusing. The apartment was spotless clean and tidy and the terrace is just amazing. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone who likes a calm place with a wonderful view.
