Vacation rentals with a patio in Lavalleja Department

The apartment was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and furnished. The bed and the couch are very comfortable. Quiet area with beautiful views especially at sunset with sunsets over the mountain ranges. Friendly and thoughtful host. I'll be back safe in the future.

Nicole was attentive and cordial. The house is closer to the route than the beach, it served us because we were getting to know other places. Excellent stay! The house is beautiful, with everything you need. A stone's throw from the beach, an ideal descent to go down with children. Everything is nearby, butcher, bakery and supermarket. The barbecue is very nice and there's always air. Perfect enclosure for pets. We'll be back for sure!

The house and the place are exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very organized and clean. A very complete house with dishes, appliances, bedrooms (excellent and new mattresses) and common areas. The beach is 200 meters away and the neighborhood has several stores and other establishments very close by. Ramiro and Rosana were excellent hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. Beyond being flexible not only at check-in but also at check-out, they were very friendly and courteous with our needs. I highly recommend the Tres Maria house, the location (quiet and a beautiful beach) and the accommodations (we were 9 people) I'm sure we'll be staying with my big family again.

Amazing design and a very peaceful setting. A truly special, casual luxury experience, enjoying the sunsets while relaxing and watching the horses and cows graze in the distance. The house is stylish and very comfortable, with everything we needed... plus a really nice pool. Note that some of the nearby shops and restaurants are only open on the weekends and it's a good idea to have cash. Patricia's helpful directions made it very easy to find and check in. We wish we had stayed longer!

Excellent place. Ideal to get away and surround yourself with beautiful views. The house comes with everything you need and is just like the post. The views are from another world! And the natural and private environment invite you to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Hosts were very attentive and always available for any questions. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended!

Everything was divine! The owners Nicolás and Jess are super friendly. There were 5 of us, the house was very comfortable, extremely neat and clean. It was a pleasure to stay there, we would go back. Thank you very much for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Cuarzo. The natural environment is very nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The house is beautiful and has all the comforts. Cecilia was very attentive and always available. We would definitely come back!
