Charming and welcoming apartment with all the necessities: TV, linen, towels, shower kit, kitchen utensils. Communication with Yoann was problem-free. The city has a supermarket and a few shops, but for a wider choice of restaurants, you will need to go to the neighboring cities.

Great little accommodation, very nice, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, it feels very good. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. Parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

Welcoming and quiet accommodation, ideally located to visit the historic center of Vitré: medieval fortress, narrow shopping streets with remarkable half-timbered houses or very beautiful stone residences. Beautiful walks to do: the ramparts, the banks of the Vilaine, the Pré des Lavandières... Impeccable house and matches the photos and description. The house is very clean, very well-maintained and very well-equipped. I highly recommend it.

Very nice house, well equipped both inside and outside, quiet with a large garden. Good communication with Myriam and Gilles. The only small downside (but which did not concern us): 2 bedrooms that can be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because of the miller's ladder to access them. Very good stay spent with friends.

We had a great Pentecost weekend. Very quiet and safe accommodation with children who had a great time with all the outdoor games. The adults also enjoyed the bocce court and the barbecue area. My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

Reservation for one month. Great location, parking spot is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
