The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with table and chairs, kitchen with stove and refrigerator. The bedroom has air conditioning, a queen size bed, sheets and friezes, a TV with Netflix, and a closet. Bathroom with shower, hot water, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and rinse. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, four-burner gas stove, a microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups, glasses and silverware. In the living room, you will find a sofa and a table with 4 chairs. Water tank.

The house is located in the west side of the island , point of reference from where history shows Christopher Columbus landed during the 14th hundres. The west side of the island is full of wonder ,history and enchanting sunsets. The house is close drive to museums , theather, beaches, river adventures , coffee plantations and historical sites. A must see.

Spacious studio, with balcony, kitchen and air conditioning.

My house and apartment are located in the beautiful little town of Hormigueros, west of Puerto Rico. In the basement of my house is located the studio. We have a water cistern installed. Upon arrival you will enjoy a green view of nature from the balcony. The apartment has a separate entrance where you can park your car. It's a quiet and also super safe place. We live on a cul-de-sac, where there is little traffic. The studio's bed is a king size.
