Such a little oasis for a getaway. Very close (5 min) the IJsselmeer. About 20 minutes to Lemmer with great little delicious restaurants,ice cream parlors and bars... Our dog QuBi also felt very comfortable. SO A GREAT PLACE FOR US TO RECHARGE OUR BATTERIES... Only the fact that there were only three TV channels in German disturbed my husband. We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, away from the crowd. and it was perfect! The chalet is super peaceful, surrounded by trees and nature. Our kids loved watching squirrels running around – such a special experience for them! Iris, the host, was so friendly and always available when we needed her. It’s the ideal spot for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

Sieske, it was a very nice stay at your cottage. There was a lot of space, good beds and a nice garden (also for the dogs). We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the beautiful island. Definitely recommended.

It was a very nice cottage and so perfectly located. The owner acted very kindly when there were misunderstandings with payments. And also during the stay she was very available and helpful. Highly recommended. Nice bed, nice fenced garden for the dog, cozily furnished.

It was really gorgeous there. Everything very nice there. By the way, very comfortable beds. It was pure relaxation. The garden is just an oasis. And for the dog, the proximity to the beach was just brilliant. We highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we just had a lot of bad luck with the weather this week.

We had a very nice week in Lemmer as a family with a dog. The house is lovingly decorated and nothing was missing. Our dog was welcome and the garden is completely fenced as described.

The best kept secret in the world! I love this place and these woods. What a great pleasure to return. the last time I slept in the Tureluur was 30 years ago and it’s still as beautiful as ever with all the modernising it needed for 2024. We’d love to go back soon. Thank you!

We had a great time on Ameland & found the house super cool. Especially the very well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes has and liked it. The only thing we were missing personally would be a sun lounger in the garden, but that would just be a suggestion and not a criticism

A wonderful week of vacation in a beautiful setting. The cottage is packed with amenities. We enjoyed it.

We had wonderful days with Jacobina. We were 4 girls and 2 children (under 2) and felt very comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and completely sufficient for us, we had everything we needed for cooking. The furnishings were totally cozy and decorated with love. Everything is easily accessible by bike. Check-in and check-out were easy via a key box, yet Jacobina was always available for our questions and responded quickly. We were very satisfied and would come back any time.

Last weekend stayed at Martin's lodge, with my boyfriend and another couple we enjoyed this beautiful lodge for 2 days. Immediately upon entering, we were surprised to look at the house, what a beautiful atmosphere, very nicely decorated and really big! The garden was also to pass through a ring, incredibly large backyard, super many seating areas and a lovely private sauna and hot tub. We were able to really relax for those 2 days and would love to come back!

We had a nice week at this place. It was particularly important to us that the garden is fenced, as our autistic daughter likes to run away. If you don't get to the property until late in the evening, bring something to eat. The restaurants close as early as 9pm in this area and there are no 24/7 gas station shops off the highway.
