Nice little apartment in the heart of Lausanne

L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, avec jardin. C’est un 1,5 pièces; c’est à dire qu’il y a une grande chambre, cuisine aménagée, salle de bain et WC séparé. Mais pas de pièce en plus pour le salon. Il est donc confortable pour 1 personne ou un couple. Il se trouve en plein centre de Lausanne, accès aux bus et métro à 3 minutes à pied. Le quartier est assez calme et les voisins aussi. Attention, il n’y a pas de wifi, pas de connexion internet.
