Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lausanne District

A large, beautiful house in a fantastic landscape with incredible views and a large garden. Perfect also for larger families/groups thanks to many bedrooms. The house is very cozy and well equipped. We would come back immediately – this time probably just by car, as public transport connections can only be reached via very steep roads.

Patrick's house is in all respects as advertised. Spacious, conveniently located and with beautiful lake and mountain views. The decor may surprise but took us on a journey! The upstairs bathroom is very nice with its sauna and bathtub (maybe it's missing a curtain or something at the window). Clean restrooms and bedding. The upstairs games room is really great and the terrace is very nice. Patrick is very responsive and his fact sheets explaining the functioning of the house are very well done. We enjoyed not being stressed for checkout with an extended schedule.

Nice functional studio located close to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host provides necessary kitchen and shower equipment. Nice restaurants and bakery around. The apartment is uphill but close to a bus station for those who cannot climb.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, tidy and full furnished, and the host was super responsive. The location is also great, with a bus stop a few meters from the apartment. The city center is a 10 minutes walk from here. I would totally look for this place again if I am ever in Lausanne!

Very well equipped apartment for a longer or shorter stay. The concierges were very nice and available if needed. The parking available just in front is a big asset for a city like Lausanne and the free laundry room is a huge plus. We recommend this location 100%.

Excellent view of Lake Geneva, very friendly and helpful and open hosts. Use of the entire garden incl. We liked the children's cottage very much. The premises are ideal for two adults and 1-2 children. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would book it again right away.

We had a fabulous stay and loved the beautiful village and surrounding mountains. We had an excellent time hiking, sledding and building snowmen. The home was wonderfully cosy and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Jean-Paul was really helpful especially concerning my wife's limited mobility. Would recommend this studio without hesitation.
