Bright and spacious!

The property is located in the "Gästehaus Mörtl," a house from the 1960s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away, turquoise blue, with magnificent mountain views. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has access to the garden with mountain views. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The area invites you to countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Sweet vacation home in romantic Pogöriach at the foot of the Karawanken, 20 minutes' walk from Lake Faak. Suitable for 4 people, especially for families. On the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom and a nice living-dining area with balcony. On the first floor, there is a 2nd bedroom and the bathroom/toilet plus adjoining rooms. The large garden, including seating for guests, invites you to linger. A ping pong table and children's swing are provided. We live next door and are available at any time.

A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper area, which is a sleeping area (a Bedroom: 1 x DB plus mattresses -> max. 4 pers.). The house's swimming beach is a 7-minute walk away. Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.
