Christina is very responsive with all my questions prior to my arrival: clear instructions for our arrival. Very friendly to deal with. -Studio, is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, newly renovated, -Pool, right outside the unit.. very quite area .: great for an afternoon swim. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. -Beach.: when it says the place is on the beach .. it is ! Very quite beach , chairs and umbrella ready to be used .. steps behind the building. -Area, Pompano to the left ( 3 miles ) .. Ft Lauderdale to the right ( 5 miles ) Lauderdale by the Sea pier ( 1 mile ) all have plenty of food options. Would recommend Christina’s place to any couple looking to get away for a Florida getaway

Por donde empezar... desde el momento que nos pusimos en contacto con Denise, todo fue perfecto. Ella fue muy atenta, nos dio explicaciones claras y respondió rápidamente. En el departamento no había nada fuera de lugar, cada espacio estaba preparado para quien llegara pudiera descansar sin preocuparse por nada, ya que tiene todo lo necesario y más! Había agua en la heladera, café en cápsulas, utensilios y elementos para cocinar (aceite, sal, especias), lavasecarropas en el departamento, cava para vinos, lavavajillas y hasta un escritorio con impresora y hojas A4 (la salvación si tienes que trabajar) Todo impecable, de buen gusto y calidad. No es un departamento más, se nota que Denise es una excelente anfitriona. El complejo cuenta con piscina y reposeras en el muelle que mira al canal. En el departamento hay reposeras para llevar a la playa y ahora también sillas (pequeño aporte 🤭). Sin dudas volveremos para disfrutar de la maravillosa vista al canal y de sentirse como en casa!

We rate Jodi’s place 5/5 stars. Best location for everyone. Walk to stores and restaurants. Tiki bar and Italian restaurant, pool and beach on premises. Groceries and dining right across the street. Her home was newly updated, clean, great lighting with huge windows and a beautiful view of the sunset. Comfortable sleeping, enough linens and kitchen supplies, plenty of space. Jodi was available and checked in to make sure we were happy and accommodated. We loved Jodi’s place so much we can’t wait to return. Whether you want a quick getaway, a long getaway, a romantic getaway or family getaway, we highly recommend Jodi’s place on the beach!

Very nice, very clean studio with view of ocean. Resort also nice with a pool, tiki bar and of course the beach.

Ich habe die Unterkunft auf Grund der Lage (am Wasser) und den Bildern ausgesucht. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Es war privat, ruhig, sauber und wunderschön. Das kleine Appartment im ersten Stock war sauber und sehr modern. Mit Netflix und sämtlichen Extras, die man in seinem Urlaub so braucht. Der schöne Pool, der Grill und die kostenlosen Fahrräder, mit denen man zum Strandfahren kann, war dabei ein tolles Add-On, dass das Angebot noch besser gemacht hat. Als es schon war. Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber muss ich dabei auch nochmal erwähnen und in den Vordergrund heben. Ich kam mir vor wie zu Hause bei Freunden. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir sind als Gästen gekommen und als Freunde gegangen. Wir kommen 100% wieder. Michel und Theresa

Absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and clean the place was. We were a group of six, including three of us experiencing Florida for the first time, and this Airbnb couldn’t have made a better impression. The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax, and the location was just unbeatable — right across from the beach, with incredible views. One of our favorite parts was the tiki bar downstairs — such a fun and convenient spot to hang out without having to go far. And, the Mahi Mahi fingers were sooo delicious. The valet service was also a great touch, making it super easy to come and go without any stress. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and beachside spots, all just a short walk away. The host was fantastic — clear, friendly, and communicative every step of the way. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ov

This home was literally home away from home feeling. Everything from the view, to the pool, to the decor in the home was breathtaking! The Hostess was kind, patient & available 24/7 literally. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience! We’ll be sure to keep your company in mind in the near future when traveling all over. But especially this home in particular. We had such a great stay! The pool was private, the house was super convenient to the airport, and the house had everything we needed to feel at home.

This home was absolutely amazing. We planned to go a lot of places, but this air bnb has everything you need. Took my husband as a surprise gift for Father’s Day. He really enjoyed himself. We will definitely be back. Thanks Romy!!!!

As we were seeking a space away from the hustle and bustle that comes with summer vacations, we decided to do an Airbnb. In my search of properties that were viewed, I wanted to find a place that would feel like home while we were away from home. I found Vanessa’s property and it was the perfect fit. From the very beginning until our departure, she was the perfect host making sure that we had everything we needed and accompanying our needs to include the adjustment for an additional day stay along with an the accommodation for an early check-in given our earlier arrival to the city. The home was detailed as pictured, pristine cleaned and well stocked with home essentials. The neighborhood entry and exit are virtually monitored and we felt safe during our stay. The location of the home provides easy access to popular stores, restaurants and the I-95 highway and several beaches are just a few miles away…. The perfect home away from home.

We used this home as home base while visiting family in Plantation. Very spacious and clean with everything you could need! The backyard is even more incredible in person. Truly the perfect spot for a small group.

Great stay! Mr. Ernest was certainly responsive and helpful. My husband and I traveled with our 2 month old daughter for the first time and our 2 other children; we felt at home. This condo was located right next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. It was also a plus that there were games and beach essentials in the closet. The kids decided on our last day it would be fun to jump in the pool so we went night swimming on our last day. There were so many things to do and we had a fantastic time!

Ms. Jacqueline’s place was nice as pictured. Beautiful view. Very clean and accommodating. Although the pool in the picture on the listing wasn’t the same for that building, it was fairly nice. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly during my stay. Was very appreciative of the property amenities although I did have enough to take advantage of all that was available due to plans I already arranged for my stay. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home. I didn’t want to leave lol

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Patricia’s place had everything you would need for a great beach stay. She messaged us to let us know the room would be ready early. The view was incredible and the bed was very comfy.

Wonderful location, spent the day by the water and was able to also walk to the beach and get food with ease. The space was also very comfortable with great lighting. Plus free parking! Can’t be beat. I would stay again

Perfect spot! Close to everything you need for a little beach vacation.

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!
