Another wonderful stay at one of Derek’s properties, our third month in a row! Beautiful home, clean, comfortable! We’ll be booking our fourth stay soon! Highly recommend!!

We knew we were in for a treat from the moment we stepped into this beautiful home. The private pool was pristine and inviting, perfect for daytime relaxation and evening swims. The king-sized bed offered unparalleled comfort, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. We especially loved the hammock—it became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset reflections. The outdoor BBQ area was a delight. Grilling under the stars and dining al fresco added a special touch to our evenings. The home's location is ideal—just a short drive to the vibrant city scene and the serene beach, yet it feels like a secluded oasis. Christina was exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was meticulously curated for guest comfort. This property truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a Fort Lauderdale getaway!

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — even better than the photos! Backyard was private and full options. Anika was incredibly responsive and made the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing retreat, yet it’s also just a short drive away from many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and that says a lot because we use Airbnb all the time! The location was awesome, you can uber easily anywhere if you don’t want to drive or even walk to Las Olas for restaurants because it’s not very far at all! House was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we could’ve needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the trees and greenery around the property make you feel like you’re in your own oasis! We had a wonderful time and won’t hesitate to book this spot again if we are back for a visit to Fort Lauderdale!

This is the first air bnb I have given a positive review to. We were extremely happily surprised on how clean and safe and quiet the area was… If and when I come back to broward county I would definitely rent this place again! I had been to that house over 30 years ago to pick a friend up and the place was in horrible shape, but today it is clean, bug free and very comfortable for my adult son and his girlfriend and I and our family small dog! I recommend this place 100%… thank you very much for changing my thoughts about air bnb… Corey Anne

Emilio's home was beautiful. It felt so private with the gate to the driveway and lush trees. The living room and kitchen area was spacious. Bathrooms were very clean and we were provided with enough towels. Loved the patio and pool area which had lots of seating and an Alexa to play music off of. Would book again!

This home was literally home away from home feeling. Everything from the view, to the pool, to the decor in the home was breathtaking! The Hostess was kind, patient & available 24/7 literally. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience! We’ll be sure to keep your company in mind in the near future when traveling all over. But especially this home in particular. We stayed at Jessica’s place recently and really enjoyed our stay. The place is deceptively larger than it seems outside. We had everything we needed, it was luxurious, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, but there are many restaurants and stores nearby along with the beach. We will be back!

Excellent stay. Booked this last minute to attend a conference downtown and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The apartment was well designed, spotless, and had everything I needed.  The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made prepping for meetings a breeze. Hosts were super easy to communicate with! Easy check-in, great location, and the pool was a nice bonus after long days—highly recommended!

The property was gorgeous and exactly as pictured! It was clean and private. We LOVED the Tiki bar and spent so much time out back. Relaxing and beautiful!

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this little old house in the middle of Victoria Park. Super cozy and it has everything you need. Only one bath so make sure you love the people you’re with 🙂. Easy check in and out. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. WiFi worked great! I’m from FTL and this is a great area to be. I will be coming back to stay here again! 😀 you may get scared with mangoes falling of the tree in the middle of the night… but it’s just mangoes! 🤣😀

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. It was a quiet and lovely neighborhood off a busy main street and near the waterways. I wished there were more restaurant options nearby. However, Las Olas Blvd is just a short drive away. Wyatt, the co-host, was very responsive and helpful from booking through departure. I really appreciated the clear communications. This will definitely be on my list when I'm back in the area.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! The pool was clean, the house layout was great for conversation, but also offered privacy when we wanted to rest. The house easily fits 6 if everyone is willing to double up in king sized beds (speaking of which, they were super comfortable). The street the house is located on is quiet and feels safe. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 15 minute drive and getting around with a rental car is super easy. Christopher was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance with the house. He was great and I would absolutely rent this house again without hesitation.

This place was so beautiful. I would definitely love to come bs k. The scenery was just breath taking and the distance to the restaurants was so convenient we walked to slot of places. Lovely area

I stayed there for 1 month and I had a wonderful stay. Wenzel was very helpful and welcoming. His instructions were clear and he was always caring if I needed anything and giving me tips about the area. It was also a great + to have a kitchen where I could cook my own meals.
